Hear From Learners Who Have already participated in our courses

I found the presentation to be quite effective, especially with the back and forth dynamic between the two presenters—it kept things engaging and lively. I understand time constraints can be challenging, but perhaps in future presentations, you could allocate more time for a deeper dive into the nitty-gritty aspects of the topic. Overall though, it was well done!

Thank you Ma’am for the workshop. I am new to the subject of psychology, but after attending your workshop I understood there is a lot more to learn to develop my skills as a psychologist. I am yet to take clinical psychology as my specialisation to know about the patients to deal with. But I understood that in just a few minutes of time we need to understand our clients and give them a remedy

I loved the crisp and to the point session held today . Thank you for highlighting the need of communication skills. If there is a face to face workshop on the same , I think we will be benefitted. Thank you😊

FAQs

I have a psychology background and wish to train further in clinical psychology. Will this course be helpful for me?

Ans: Yes, of course. This course is to refine clinical communication for anyone who is in contact with patients and healthcare service, and needs to communicate to the wider environment of the patient such as family and friends. We shall be discussing and practising through role play, issues which require a clinical psychologist’s input, such as assessment of mental capacity. Therefore, this course will provide invaluable insight to the expectations of patients, and improve their satisfaction through optimising your communication in common and complex scenarios.

Not only that, you will bring in a different perspective to further enrich the course and this will provide a true multi professional approach to clinical communication

I am a radiologist and do not need to speak to patients as much. Why should I do this course?

Ans: While it is true, radiologists might not be required to communicate to patients as much as some of the other clinical specialties, they can be crucial in communicating results of an investigation, and as such play a hugely important role in the diagnosis and management planning. Also, through role play you will get the opportunity of practising multidisciplinary communication which would be invaluable experience.

I am a prescriber pharmacist and need help in clinical decision making. Will this course help me?

Ans: Yes, absolutely. 98% of our previous cohorts have suggested that CRASHPharm course has helped them becoming safe clinicians with no decision-making error leading to safe prescribing.
