Furthermore, these provide ideas about complex areas such as consent, confidentiality, professionalism etc as expected by the Good Clinical Practice. We follow this through our bespoke mentoring to enable the international medical graduates set their footing and thrive within the NHS.
We partner with Support Elders to deliver bespoke training to staff selected for higher training in technology-enhanced community-based elder care in India. Our programme has consistently been highly successful in creating the next generation of healthcare support workers. These health care assistants provide personalised care for happy ageing in India while remaining in regular contact with clinicians based in the UK.
